On the slopes of Monte Limbara, in the heart of Gallura, a region that has always been suited for its Vermentino, in the seventies, the vines were planted that would give life to a quality reality in the world of Gallura wines. In the 2000s, we managed to obtain wines that have reached excellence in recent years. In fact, the Tenute Faladas of Giovanni Brundu and Claudio Bellu, for some years has forcefully entered the category of small companies that produce great wines. In particular the excellent “Kenalia” Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. is a Vermentino which, in addition to having the characteristics and appreciated peculiarities of this wine, has very particular scents ranging from honey, to notes of sage and helichrysum and which on the palate do not disappoint expectations but rather, enhance a full, warm and enveloping taste, never angular. In short, a white wine that has the rare characteristic of not only being an excellent aperitif or accompanying fish dishes, but also that marrying well with white meats, mushrooms and typical Sardinian cheeses.
